Order Instructions?

Next Day BruxZir orders must have “Process Next Day Rush” written on the RX.

Submission cut-off time?

Cases must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. P.S.T. to qualify for next-day delivery.

Missed the cut-off?

If the case misses the cut-off time, the order will be processed the following day.

Issue with scan or case?

If a technical issue occurs, the case will not qualify for next-day processing and will move to standard turnaround until resolved.

If same-day shipping is missed?

If all requirements were met before the cut-off, the case ships the next day. If we fail to ship next day, then the case will be billed free of charge.

Standard delivery time?

Orders ship for next business day delivery. Friday submissions arrive Monday. Rural areas may take longer.

Reduction coping included?

Yes, we provide printed graphical reduction copings and case-specific reduction guidelines with images are provided.

Printed model included?

No. Next-day cases are model-free.

Remake?

Remakes will be processed as next-day BruxZir under warranty, unless the case requires standard processing or the doctor requests standard turnaround.

FedEx Service Issue?

Next Day Orders Ship FedEx Priority. We are not responsible for a FedEx failure to deliver as promised. If FedEx fails to deliver next day, we will refund the next day fee.
